For most Nepalese who chose to buy a home in a “housing” community there have been few choices to personalize. Either the answer would be a “No” to the customization that would make your home more comfortable to suit your needs or the costs involved would be extraordinarily high. At Valley Homes we understand that your home is an extension of you and that you will need certain features that will suit your individual or your family’s needs.

Building a new home should be an exciting adventure, so Valley Homes is there to guide you every step of the way with our experience, quality assurance and exemplary customer service.

Step 1: Starting off Strong!
When you purchase a new home by Valley Home, you embark on an exciting journey knowing that our company will be there for you every step of the way. We make sure you are involved in the entire building process and have the opportunity to see your home’s construction first-hand. We want to make sure that all your questions are answered, and you will see and understand how your floor-plan and options will come together to create the home of your dreams.

The process begins with the selection of a home design and the home-site on which it will be built. Once you’ve made those decisions, you’ll approve a sales agreement and then begin the process of obtaining financing. Valley Homes has a variety of options to meet your individual needs and help make purchasing a home" new home even easier.



Step 2: Now for the Fun Part!

This is considered one of the most exciting aspects of purchasing a new home – when you select all of the elements that come together to reflect your own taste and style. As a Valley Homes homebuyer, you have the opportunity to work with either a design coordinator or your sales consultant to help you with options, upgrades and color selections – coordinating the entire look of your new home. However for reasons of architectural conformity we do have certain restriction on the exterior elevations.

You will be assisted in choosing the items for your home including floor-plans, flooring, paint colors, and a host of other choices that you might have in mind.

Step 3: Watching Your Home Come Alive.

With a home by Valley Homes, we make sure you are always up to date on the building of your home. Throughout the construction process, you’ll hear from your sales consultant and customer service manager on a regular basis, so you know what’s happening from foundation to finish.

Prior to the start of construction, you will meet with our architect and and sales consultant to review the blueprints of your floorplan. In this meeting, the team will review and discuss any options or upgrades you have chosen for your home. Your construction manager and sales consultant will address any questions or concerns you may have before moving forward.  

Your home will receive a series of Quality Checks which will take place throughout the building process.This program includes a series of inspections by our own Quality Assurance department as well as independent inspectors.

Step 4: Quality From the Ground Up.

Quality check 1: Each of our homes is engineered specifically to fit each home-site. The first quality assurance check is designed to ensure that the footprint of your new home is ready for the foundation to be placed.

Quality check 2: The structure of your home is the next step, when you will see the form of your new home take shape. Once this process is complete, the home must again pass the test of our Quality Assurance department.

Following the completion of the first two Quality Checks, a meeting is scheduled with your construction manager and sales consultant. You will review your selections again, as well as any changes to make sure that everything you’ve ordered is correct and accurate. This meeting prepares you for the next phase of the construction process and allows you to actually see all of the elements behind the walls of your home.

Next, the brickwork or the walls are built, and you will really start to see your chosen floor-plan become a home. You’ll also see your selections installed, and how the home you’ve envisioned becomes a reality in front of you.

 
Step 5: We're Almost There!
For the next phase of the process, Valley Homes continues to focus on ensuring the quality construction of your home and keeping you informed at all points in the process. Our own inspectors utilize a number of quality checkpoints to ensure that your home meets and exceeds our high standards.

Quality check 3: The home is now considered "move-in-ready" and is inspected thoroughly inside and out.

Quality check 4: This is a final walk through the home prior to closing. We want you to feel confident that your new home meets your expectations prior to ownership.

Step 6: Welcome Home.
You’ve been calling it your home for months, but today is the day when it actually becomes yours. After we see that all the documents are in place you are ready to move in and will be handed the keys to your new home. Congratulations! You are now the proud owner of a beautiful home by Valley Homes.
