Launch of Phase II

After the success of Phase I of Terraces, Valley Homes Private Limited launched its second phase on March 17th 2007. The response was overwhelming and lauded by all those who attended the high tea hosted on this occasion. As a part of the second phase Valley Homes has opened 30 homes for sales. While the same high standards of architectural designs have been maintained the units are bigger and more spacious. The land area has also been increased for most of the units. Named Elm, Maple, Fir and Cypress, the floor plans are more spacious with the option to customize the units. Construction of the units has already begun and the second phase is fast taking shape. The second phase also boasts the club house, children’s park and other facilities. While most of the units of phase I have been handed over the remaining few are in the final stages of being handed over to the home owners.

 

Construction of Club Terraces

Construction of the much anticipated club house has begun. Christened Club Terraces, this facility will house a swimming pool, gymnasium, a multi purpose hall that can be used for facilities such as aerobics, banquets, parties etc. and a children’s park. Modeled on our existing architecture the facility will cater to the fitness and entertainment needs of the residents of Terraces. Once complete this facility will contribute as a gathering place for our community’s residents, a place where one can refresh and rejuvenate and add to the overall beauty of Terraces.
