Can I visit the construction site while my home is being built?
Reputable builders, like Valley Homes, are very proud of the quality and value that is built into every one of our homes. We would like to allow unlimited access to our construction sites as we feel it would be the strongest possible recommendation for our product. Our only concern is the safety of our customer. See your Sales Consultant for the proper times to visit a home under construction and the proper equipment, such as hard hats, that must be worn when going on a construction site.

What should I do if I want to add on to my home or remodel it?
Just as it was important to choose an experienced and reliable builder, like Kimball Hill Homes, to construct your home, it is equally important to have any renovations or remodeling done by a tested professional with good references.

Who can I contact after I move in if I have questions about my home?
All reputable builders have a warranty of customer service department that is dedicated to making your home-owning experience as rewarding as possible. At Valley Homes, the professionals in our Customer Care department are at your service and available to answer any questions as well as assist you with any warranty items that need attention.

When is the project starting and when is it expected to be handed over?
The project has already started. Our model house is ready and once a house is "booked" it will be handed over to the owner in 18 months. We have also started constuction on some of our other units, a few are in the stages of completion. We will start the construction of our first phase within this month.

What is the layout plan of each unit?
We have units that cover an area of approx. 2400 sq. ft. to 3012 sq. ft.

What is the cost and payment plan ?
Costs vary according to sq. ft., homesite (location of plot) and size of the plot. We have three payment plans namely downpayment, construction linked and a bank linked payment plan. Our costs vary from a minimum of 59 lakhs to the maximum one being 91 lakhs. We do have tie ups with some major banks who can help you with financing your home. Should you want a pricing and specifications for a specific house please let me know the house number and i will send you the details.

What is the land area under each unit?
Our plot size varies from 6 annas to 10 annas.

Can the unit be customized for individual requirements?
While the exterior is dictated by us for reasons of architectural conformity the floor plan can be customized to a degree as to not upset the stuctural engineering. The finishes however can be customized.
